During my New Year stay, I was impressed with the hotel's helpful and friendly staff. They really make you feel welcome and go out of their way to accommodate families. The restaurant serves a variety of food options with prompt service. the rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy.

The lack of orthopaedic beds didn't provide the proper support for a good night's sleep. The basement wire-netting in the bed caused the mattress to sag and was quite uncomfortable.

Spent the Christmas holidays at this hotel and boy was it a delight! Loved the fact that the staff was super helpful and welcoming. the location couldn't have been better; close to the beach and right smack in the middle of all the entertainment spots. And let's not forget the food, prompt and polite service every time we had our meals made it even better.

The mattresses in the basement need replacing. the wire netting makes it sag too much- definitely not orthopedic, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Plus, with convenient access to the train station and Naples airport, it's easy to get wherever you need to go.

The hotel could benefit from upgrading their bed mattresses, as the wire netting in the bed basement makes them sag too much and can be uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Best aspects included its excellent location just a few steps from the beaches, as well as its prime location near all the cafes, shops, and entertainment points. We were also pleased with the close proximity to the train station, which was only a 10-15 minute walk away. The personnel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience here.
